We develop footballers, build character and equip young people with practical skills for life beyond the pitch.
C.I.F.A.CARE is built around a simple idea: football development should not stop at football.
Our whole-athlete approach combines football development with physical wellbeing, psychosocial growth and vocational skills — helping young people become better players and better prepared for life.
Training is structured to help each player develop technical ability, tactical intelligence, physical capability and the confidence to perform in competitive football.
Every young athlete deserves something to build on — whether their future leads to professional football, entrepreneurship, employment, education or another career.
C.I.F.A.CARE gives players exposure to useful skills they can apply while developing their football journey and beyond.
Responsible technology use and practical digital skills.
Basic business thinking, creativity and entrepreneurial awareness.
Personal money management and financial awareness.
Presentation, communication and employability skills.
Exposure to useful creative and vocational competencies.
Exposure to opportunities within and beyond the sports industry.
Our programmes are designed around the player's age, development stage and pathway — from foundation development to performance and competitive opportunities.
Our player onboarding process helps us understand each athlete and place them in the appropriate development programme.
